This region of Bourdeaux is one of prime regions of red wine.  Within the St. Emilion area there are over 200 large and small scale wineries.  Each winery operates its ageing and fermintation process create unique tastes.  They share bottling by having portable bottlers come to the farm and bottle the season produce when it is the appropriate time.
