We caught this group of women, one of several that we saw, in downtown Galway all in costumes.  Each group had its own look which can be purchased at one of the local shops.  The wigs come in many different colors, some with and without horns. This is a local tradition to celebrate the pending marriage of one of the girls of the group.  They have their last fling at the local bars while the guys have their own "stag parties". It  apparently get pretty roudy the later in the evening.  Eveyone was already having a great time by 7:00 pm.
