The Sagreda Familia cathedral was designed by Antonio Gaudi in about 1898. It remains under construction to this day and exists only as a wonderful facade in the center of Barcelona. It is a terrific memorial to an extremely creative mind. The other great building of this Art Nouveau artist include the Casa Mila and the Casa Battlo which are catecorner to each other at a major intersection in this city which I call the Paris of the south.
