Papaikou, Hawaii
"Hawai'i Tropical Botanical Garden and Onomea Bay,
Hawaii" This garden was one of the
early gardens that tried to save the indigenous Hawaiian
foliage and fauna. However, the owners gradually
added a great number of exotic plants from other
tropical regions to about 2000 species. It has
magnificent hanging plants and enormous trees that exist
in few places in Hawaii. The Onomea Bay is at the
foot of a long series of descending staircases through
an unbelievable collection of exotic plants. This a
montage of about five digital images that have been
merged together.
