The city hall is an impressive building in the middle of the shopping district of Philadelphia.  It is a short walk to Independence Hall from here.  There is an enormous statue of William Penn designed by Sterling Calder on the top most of the building. Sterling Calder is the father of Alexander Calder, the artist who became famous for the mobile.
